On September 18th, Art of Taste gathered in Santanyí, Mallorca for an intimate evening celebrating food, nature, and connection. Set within a historic Mallorcan home, guests came together around a single table surrounded by the warmth and beauty of the island. Inspired by Mallorca’s landscape and the rhythm of the Mediterranean, Chef Luis “Dynamite” Berg created a multi-course menu rooted in seasonality and place. The evening unfolded through thoughtful dishes, natural elements, and shared conversation, bringing together a curated group of guests for an experience that felt both intimate and unexpected.
